Richard graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1984.
He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, California,
and the District of Columbia, as well as before the United States
District Courts for the Northern District of California and the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Court of Appeals
for the Second and Ninth Circuits, and the United States Tax Court.
